Refund & Returns Policy

Boujee Ice’s Moissanite and beautiful Jewellery should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a thirty (30) day return policy on all purchases made on-line.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.

To return an item:

  1. Email info@boujeeice.co.nz to receive a return authorization number, and a return application form.
  2. Complete the return application form.
  3. Secure your item(s) and all the original packaging, include the return application form, the packing slip, and if appropriate the Moissanite grading report, if the grading report is not returned you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost, in plainly wrapped protective packaging (the post office has these available if you do not). For security reasons, do not write Boujee Ice anywhere on the outside of the box, no reference to Jewellery should be made at all. It is very important that you insure your package. We will provide you with the address for return shipment once we have received your email.

On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as: Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. More than $500: Ship your package via the Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Boujee Ice.

Please note that FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL will not insure merchandise over $500, unless you have insurance arranged with a third party such as brinks.com.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
