Receive your in-stock Boujee Ice jewelry within 10-15 days, or allow 3-4 weeks for customized pieces. Stay updated with progress reports from our dedicated support team. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Ensure your address is accurate to prevent extra costs. All transactions are governed by New Zealand law, and our liability is limited to the purchase price

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify, items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return: Contact us at info@boujeeice.com to begin the process. Returns must be sent to: 4 Cape View, Atawhai, Nelson, New Zealand 7010. A return form and instructions will be provided. Returns without prior notification are not accepted.

Damages & Issues: Immediately report any defects, damages, or incorrect items upon receipt to ensure prompt resolution.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made jewelry and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: For exchanges, return the original item and make a new purchase.

EU Customers: Within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items, no justification needed.

Refunds: We will inform you once your return is processed. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if your refund is delayed beyond 15 business days.
